Research, Research, Research!

There is so much information out there on essential oils. Please make sure you are getting it from reliable sources. Check their credentials, then crosscheck the information again. Do your due diligence and make sure you are sharing responsibly!

Do's & Don'ts

  • Do: Mix with carrier oils when using "hot" oils and also to extend your essential oils.
  • Do: Use caution around small animals and children, do your research.
  • Do: Only use the Vitality line when ingesting oils.
  • Do: Read the info on being compliant.
  • Do: Enjoy every day!
  • Don't: Add oils to plastic containers, use glass or stainless steel only.
  • Don't: Forget to have Fun!
